For sales teams

Sales automation you can read before it runs

Qualify inbound leads, turn calls into CRM updates and chase the deals that went quiet — described in one sentence, with every send to a prospect waiting for your approval.

Every message to a prospect waits for your approval before it sends.

Animation: a Sales template becomes a workflow across its apps, a person approves the sensitive step, the outcome is verified, and monitoring catches a problem, explains the likely cause and recommends the action a person takes.

Where the week actually goes

A sales week is mostly the work around selling: reading the form fill, looking the company up, updating the CRM, drafting the reply, remembering to follow up when nobody answered. Each of those is a rule someone already knows. Awish takes the sentence that describes the rule and runs it across the tools your team already uses.

The plan is shown before anything connects: the trigger, the apps it will touch, the step where it stops. Each app is granted on its own, by you, and can be withdrawn. What runs is recorded, so the pipeline you read in the CRM matches what actually happened.

The week today

Most of a sales week is not selling. It is reading a form fill, looking the company up, updating the CRM, drafting the reply, and remembering to follow up when nobody answers. Every one of those steps is a rule someone already knows and repeats — which is exactly the work a described workflow can carry.

With Awish

Awish takes the sentence that describes that loop and runs it across the tools you already use. The plan is visible before anything connects, each app is granted on its own, and the steps that reach a prospect stop and wait for a person. What changes is who does the copying — not who decides what a customer sees.

The workflows, end to end

Three workflows this team runs, end to end — each with its trigger, the apps it touches, and the step where a person approves.

What stays under your control

  • Nothing reaches a prospect unseen

Replies, follow-ups and anything else customer-facing hold for a person by default — in Slack, WhatsApp or Telegram, wherever your team already answers.

  • Your CRM stays yours

A workflow granted your CRM cannot read your inbox or your drive. Each connection is scoped to one app and can be revoked on its own.

  • Every run leaves a record

What was proposed, what was approved and what was sent — readable afterwards, so a pipeline review never depends on memory.

Common questions

Will Awish email my prospects on its own?

No. Messages to a prospect are drafted, then held for a person. You approve, edit or decline each one from the chat channel your team watches, and a declined draft is simply never sent.

What does it need access to?

Only the apps the plan names, and only after you grant each one. A lead-qualification workflow typically asks for your inbox and your CRM — it cannot touch anything you did not connect, and you can withdraw a connection at any time.

How does it fit the process we already have?

You describe your process, not a template of someone else’s. The steps, the scoring rules and the approval points come from your sentence, and you see the full plan before anything connects.

Where do I approve things?

In Slack, WhatsApp or Telegram — the workflow brings the draft to the channel you already have open, and your reply there is the approval.
